Our Story
Strand and Bristle was born from a dream of two hair stylists that shared a passion for making their clients feel beautiful and loved. In 2020, in the midst of a global pandemic, they made that dream a reality. Sharing the same vision, Sarah and Katelyn designed a space for clients to feel welcome, comfortable, pampered, and beautiful.
Despite the sudden passing of Sarah in 2021, Katelyn has continued to honor their shared dream by bringing in service providers that believe in the same philosophy and level of service that Sarah prided herself on. At Strand and Bristle you will feel relaxed, refreshed, and leave feeling like the best version of you.

In Memoriam
Sarah had a deep passion for ensuring every client that sat in her chair felt like they were the only thing that mattered in the moment. She found joy in helping clients love their hair and leave feeling more confident than when they came in. Her laugh was contagious. You couldn’t help but leave with a smile on your face. Sarah’s dream was to create a cozy, yet luxurious space for her clients to relax and unwind. She worked hard to ensure that dream came true.
